He is the first coach who hasnt looked for the quick fix, He has brought in youth, good youth too and done some good trading. He deserves to be there in 2 or 3 years time to reap the rewards!

Dean Bailey will be happy he was re-signed before Liam Jurrah did his shoulder. 16 weeks out. Ouch!
And this after Aussie 'Turtle' Wonaeamirri (who changed from number 39 to 33 because of indigenous idols Jeff Farmer and Byron Pickett) missed all of last season with various injuries.
