In 2 years time we'll know for sure but I know that I would much rather be in ou position with proven players and somestill in the bank. If this draft doesn't work out for the toast they are... Well, toast.

Its clear that winning the wooden spoon in 2010 was the worst possible result for any team. To have missed out on Swallow, bennell and Day knowing that you've just finish last is enough for any supporter to cry "WHAT THE?" They are in a whole lot of bother and I don't think any coach will be able to get them out of this dark hole. The Eagles could be the first team to win the wooden spoon one year and actually finish worst the following year (17th spot).

No, 17th in 2011 will be WORSE. 18th in 2012 will be WORST.
And they might just pull it off, by gum.

Actually, I'm hoping that the Gold Coast come last.
Eagles to come 16th to show it wasn't a fluke...
