Fremantle Football Club Preseason Training Update: The first to fourth year players have just completed the 3km time trial. Rhys Palmer made it across the finish line first closely followed by Tendai Mzungu.

Agreed Slammen! Second year out from his reconstruction and I'd expect him to have better conditioning and more confidence in his knee.
Should be a much better year for him

Palmer was excellent in his first year. You don't lose skill or natural ability. He will be excellent this year.
With all our great young players, its kudos to recruiting staff, it really is. Thats the big difference between us and the dorks down the road.

Can anyone update on Barlow's progress. From the photos looks like he's not. From experience, broken legs are less likely to have a significant impact on comebacks. ACL's, as in Palmer's case and his form this year, proves that, you are unlikely to have much of an impact. The midfield will be so much stronger with Palmer firing and Barlow picking up where he left of.
