Haha, so we offload an aging injury prone defender in return for a budding young forward who can play at either end. I think the pies are losing their touch. Jack will look great in purple salad boy

Love your work stompyfan, whether it's tomato, mustard or BBQ I rate your sauces. never rated him, but 192cm and potential 50 goals a season for a PSD pick ..he will have to go through a baptism of fire like McPhee but if we have room in the cap then he will be John Anthofree!!

Stompy stocks rising again.

Not sure what picks GC or GWS have in the PSD but it is reverse finishing order like the 'other' draft.

Carltank are keen (apparently) and you'd think Hawks recruitment of Hale might count them out.

I'd be happy to take him but don't want to get in a bidding war. Prefer we had $$$s spare to top up the talented kids' contracts as required.

Pick 20 - best and most suitable kid no doubt.

Pick 44 - Jon Anthony if he's still there.

Anthony is a good mark and a good kick and he's only 22. Some would say we are simply replacing Ryan Murphy with a like player. I don't agree I think Anthony is better forward for starters. He's tougher. He might also be good down back. Harvs is good at this sort of conversion.

I cannot see how we can get Jack in the PSD, should we want to, without taking a monumental risk.

The PSD is the last draft, so we would have to have 1 spot remaining unfilled on our list. Unable to quickly find what PSD pick no we would have, but assume reverse finishing order plus possible picks to GC, means lots of teams have picks before us.

The risk is if we leave 1 spot available, someone else picks Jack, then what? We play short or pick up a spanger - heaven forbid.

If I'm right the only real way we could get Jack would be in National Draft, using our pick no 44, 56 or 73.
