thought he might have a couple of years left, bit of a shame.

9 goals vs brisbane in 2004(?) will allways stick in my mind

Medders for Tarrant... at only 28 we have two years to fashion him in to an All Australian key position defender?

Paul was one of my favourites and I was very unhappy when he went to the Pies. I always wanted him to do well - except against us. Good luck Paul. I hope only good things come your way.

Now I'm confused. Didn't Goosage say it would be a straight swap, Monkey Boy for Mappa?

The Goose said it so it must be true...

Very surprising move. Good luck to you Medders. A very smart and talented player. Great reader of the play, positioning of his body, wonderful mark, and terrific kick. Lots of flair.

The guy must be injured, otherwise he'd be back with us I suspect. Too young to retire for one with so many footy smarts.

Just like Matty Richardson is the worst player to have kicked 700 goals, I never saw Medders lay a handpass, not once. My wife still proudly wears her "Year of the Monkey" t-shirt.

Good career Goal Hungry Dwarf, well done.

I tell you what he was a beautiful set shot kick, wasn't he.
