Jarryd Blight's been delisted by the pies.

Be good to have a word in his shell like about a rookie spot too...

I like john anthony. And that's at the Pies. Imagine how he'd boost the Oockers' forward line with decent coaching.

i think he may be worth a crack. Definitely better options than Fraser and Leon Davis due to their age. pies generally are very stingy in trades too.

One of Harvs main talents is getting up the confidence of the players and playing different roles.

John Anthony was $%$#ing dangerous when he was on fire.

Don't think the Eddie Empire will give him up without a fight but we would be really REALLY stupid to get a throwaway ruck player over John Anthony.

If we gonna get a tall he needs to be vertisile not a one postion player.

if he can't get into the premiership side then he shouldn't be in our side. if Anthony had an upside the pies would keep him. Put all our eggs in the Clark basket..
Tambling imho would be even better, we can never have enough 6ft speedy midfielders to add depth. i reckon hed love Subi and would be a great pick up....

They didn't keep Tarrant. He turned out to have quite the upside.

I hope your tongue is firmly implanted in your cheek More_of_bito. Tambling belongs in a special category of AFL players - Jarrod Oakley-Nicholls and Aaron Fiora are in that category with him.

I agree with you 2005 he is overrated for pick 4, but we're not talking Sheep stations ( or 1st round picks). I think he struggled with injury this year, but he can play and has pace for Subi. For me he's a better option in the trade for tarrant than Anthony and doubt Lions will let Clark go for anything less than a sheep station ( I.e our first pick) if at all.

Sheep stations should be cheap over this side of the country this years - throw in a couple of hobby farms out Toodyay way and Bob is my step brother.

Anthony can take some good contested marks, however its a ruckman/forward we need, a player similar to Justin Longmuir circa 2003
