I'm a little surprised that Tarrant would want to go back to the bull sheet pies.

Couldn't care less where whatshisname goes, so long as Anthony doesn't come to us.
But like as if our recruiters would be that dumb.

Well all due respect to Tarrant but he is 30 and only has maybe 2 more years to go so we can't exactly expect too much for him can we?
I think we need a back up ruckman for Sandi while Zac gets up and running or a defender to replace Taz.
Fraser has been mentioned but most dockerlanders think he's not worth a big of bananas but wouldn't he be good for say 2 years?
Do we really need another forward? I would think a defender is a high priority as well as a defender.
In saying all that I would say that Sandilands is our number one player and must be protected from burnout therefore if Zac isn't reay to be up and running on a consistant basis in 2011 then we need a backup ruckman who is ready to play now!
Maybe a 3-way deal - we get Anthony and pass him on to someone who can give us a ruckman?

Well, if Brisbane go ahead and sack their full forward, perhaps a Clark, Anthony, Tarrant three-way trade will happen with a few draft picks thrown around for good measure.

He did kick 50 goals last year.
Still people around that defend Ryan Murphy...guy would've got the keys to the city with that return...

This isn't a perfect world, and while there's some better possibilities than Anthony (the thought of getting Mitch Clark here somehow is enbiggening to elephantine dimensions, for example), they are few and far between in the real world.
At 192cm and 92 kilos he's big enough, at 22 young enough and, with a 50-goal season as a 20-y-o behind him, talented enough to suggest that, in a forward line with Pav as the no. 1 and 2 focus of the defence, Ballantyne, Mayne, de Boer and Walters unleashing mayhem around him and Mundy, Barlow and Hill drilling it down to him he could be a real get. He's a straight kick, I notice he lays a few tackles and he'd be burning to prove some people wrong.
If nothing better comes along, I'd certainly take him ahead of a throw-away pick in a compromised draft.
