I've got a whole heap of these plastic lawn chairs hanging about - with your macaroni curtains we could open up one of those shops where guys sit around in their anchor gear, drinking small strong coffee out of little cups, smoking and talking about the good old days when we had a wock and a wot of fun at the footy.

It could be the social club that the 'club' never got it together enough to pull off (even though it's in their charter), a place without carpet bagging ad people (that should've got shown the door after evolving the purple underwear thing into a new line of fashionable t-shirts that no one was stupid enough to buy) and...now a chevron celebrating abomination. A kind of Bill Walker Room that isn't constantly booked out by corporate networking opportunities but adorned with pictures of Jeff, Cookie, Macca, Clive, Matt and Parks and a wonderful hanging tri-color macaroni curtain.

A place for people - Fremantle footy club people.

If it really is true that the Steves also want to change our club song, may I suggest something to the tune of Spongebob Squarepants? It'll work well with the ridiculous new logo.

Still not sure if I'll be there, but if I am (and the Steves change the tune) I've got a pretty good idea of how the new tune will go at Subi: 'Boooooooooo'

I understand the local Subi paper will report tomorrow that there are some feet getting very cold indeed at a Perth stockbroking company - and that some of their clients are voting with theirs.

Come on Steves; let's put this one behind us and get on with life.

I'm still in shock, if I wanted a fresh new jumper or logo I would have joined the goldcoast ( which I would never do), and although the hope of saving the old jumper and logo is dead, we shouldn't give up on our hearty song...

There's not much to like about Collingwood.

They travel little. They have a science fiction villain for a coach. They have the feralist of feral fans. They wear striped PJ's to every game.

And yet there is much to like about Collingwood.
They don't change their jumper for anyone! Ever!!!

Well, that's not right BadWolf. Collingwood change their jumper all the time. Steve told me so. You can even see the changes here. Shame the Steves aren't clever enough to see that they've always been Black and White and they've always had stripes and that's what really matters.
