Long live the old jumper, the old jumper is dead!!
Gone is the Green and Red, we now have the Purple jumper with 3 white V stripes at home and a White Jumper with 3 purple V stripes away. The jumpers will be presented at the Doig Medal.
Also gone are the Anchor, which will be kept as a small symbol at the back of jumper near neck and the Docker name is finally ours to use after Harris and Rosich signed an agreement with Dockers Corporation to licence the name. all for I believe $1685.00 per annum. Its means the club can now officially market the Docker name!!
I also believe there are 5 songs short listed to replace 'Heave ho'
The AFL have signed off on the new strips and we will play in them from next year.

No apparently they are still deciding which to go with, personally I like our theme song and dont want it changed!!
The jumper Im happy to go with, as all purple as its our real colour and as carlton are the Blue boys, Where the Purple Haze, sort of like a jimi hendrix song ;-)

The fact all the other clubs have anchors is probably what persuaded us to go for the stripes.

Damn, I actually liked the whole maritime concept of "left (red) is port, right (green)is starboard." - visualising the Docker's uniform helped me get my RST! I'll have to run out and buy one of the original jerseys now.

How can they do that without our input? They asked about the away strip and training strip but surely we should keep the home one that we have always had..Not happy about that or the change of song.

I want to keep the anchor on our jerseys please. If need be get rid of the green and red and have purple with a white anchor as our home jumper and white with a purple anchor as our away jumper.
KEEP THE ANCHOR!!!
And how on earth can you change a song after you've kept it for 15 years? Why would we want to? It's original. Sure alot of people don't like it but hey! You don't forget it in a hurry do you?
Alot of the old club's songs sound like they come from the 1800's and ours is (sorta) modern. Keep the song I say!!

Yep, I agree. Keep the anchor toss the green and red.
Don't screw with 3 V's
I thought the V was for Victorian anyway.
