Fridge Magnets
#327619
The departure of Tarrant got me doing an audit on my fridge magnets.
I was thinking that Taz might have to depart my fridge door, until I realised I also have: Medhurst, Josh Carr, The Whiz, Croad, Haze, Bell and Des alongside Taz. They share space with Pav, Suban and Ballantyne (and the Mona Lisa and Hedwig).
Do I need to get rid of some? Or just update my purchasing..

It depends. How big is your fridge?

Also, what are your thoughts on Mona Lisa off a half forward flank?

I'm still distraught over Hedwig's death.

Taz leaving--over it already.

Mona Lisa off a flank?

Den Den would go into an endless enigmatic loop.

Heather if you got a new ridge you could put all the new boys on it while the old fridge - with the old magnets - is left for posterity.

Old fridge can be the new drinks fridge. Chuck all the former players on that one.
New fridge can have our new hope on it.

Time to consign the ex-players to the steel filing cabinet.

Shane - I can't believe you'd put Mona on a half forward flank!!!
She's quite obviously made for defence.

If she was from Hay Street, you'd expect clean ball handling and strong body-on-body work. Sounds more like a midfield-tagging role.

Seriously, Heather you will have to do a fridge magnet audit.
Personally I only keep past players that I feel have more of a "spiritual" value. i.e. they didn't jsut bugger off the minute the missus said "I want to go home."
So, on my fridge I have Pav (of course) Peter Bell (who wouldn't?) and of course, Jeffery. I also have Des but I am in the process of re-thinking that one and maybe looking for a few new additions. Sandilands is the first that comes to mind and if he signs I think Mundy must be a shoe-in for the fridge of fame.

My wife won't let me put magnets on our fridge, she doesn't like clutter. Fair dinkum, I can't even put the fixtures on there.
