Following up from their humiliation of the Essendon Football Club, Fremantle have gone American dentist on the Lions' arses to bring up the Dockers' second win of the season and put them within striking distance of the highly rated Gold Coast Suns. Fremantle did not start well. Three goals went through at the Brisbane end and it looked like the excitement of Freo finally winning a game was about to come to a swift end. Then the Dockers woke themselves up and went on a Matt Taberner lead rampage. By quarter time, Fremantle had leveled the scores and by half time they'd taken an 8 goal lead. Such was the Dockers dominance that the Lions supporters booed their team from the ground. The lead was out to 11 goals by three quarter time and then 14 by the final siren, with Fremantle amassing 23 goals. Matt Taberner kicked 5 of them and has already started packing Matthew Pavlich's boxes for him. Chris Mayne was also impressive with 4 goals and a tackle stat for just about every Brisbane player on the ground. Lachie Weller kicked 4 goals, with 22 touches and Connor Blakely is currently being treated for leather poisoning.
