FREMANTLE assistant coach Todd Curley has resigned from his post on the eve of the season to pursue work opportunities outside of football.
Curley, who joined the club as an assistant to Mark Harvey in 2008, advised the club on the weekend of his decision, citing lifestyle reasons for his sudden departure.
“I have a young family and after almost 20 years as a player and a coach in what is a very demanding industry, I felt it was time to explore other opportunities outside of football and also be able to spend more time with my family,” Curley said in a statement released by the club this afternoon
