Forget the Premiership Window - we are looking at (through) a nice set of Dynasty French Doors.
Can somebody get a set of size 20 bouncy shoes for Sandi. I'm worried about that concrete cricket pitch they have at that dog track in Brisbane.
As for the SCG - Pav can play centre half back there and still kick a bagful.

Jordo, it depends on what counts as a first season; it it's VFL/AFL then well a bloke called Hardie did in 1985. Can't think of many others.

As we live rather close, my wife and I have not only reserved our GF tickets, we have worked out what time to leave the house so we can walk to the MCG on GF day - arriving just in time to see the start of the game but also just in time to miss Angry Anderson singing "Bound for Glory" from the back of the Batmobile (or this year's version thereof).
I will shortly commence a print of commemorative premiership t-shirts, complete with a print on the back of the full side as selected, in their positions.
But I will limit my preparations to that because I don't think we should be getting ahead of ourselves.

No we can't talk finals.
(i) We've been lucky.
(ii) We've only beaten the bottom four teams.
(iii) Geelong were undermanned, over on a short holiday and didn't need the win anyway.
(iv) We've been fortunate with injuries but the young blokes will start to wear out as the season goes on.
Erm.
(v) Oh yes, and we won't be a proper team until we've won three premierships.

I think we'll finish VII on the ladder because such were the omens and portents I was able to divine prior to the start of the season.
Having said that, if we can win 2 of the next 3 we should all be thinking top 4!
