I've come to the realization that there are two kinds of Eagles supporters.
- One kind blindly follows them and are the type we all know to be the "excuse machines" that constantly pump out irrelevant carp such as "3 premierships". Yeah mate, last time I checked ladders weren't set in order of Premierships, and on that theory are you saying Richmond are better than you seeing as they have won about 10?
- The other kind constantly winges about how bad every player (bar the untouchable the Fijian) in their side is.
All fans however, seem to have strong cases soreloseritis

So what you're saying is that the Dockers were just as rubbish as the Eagles last year, since neither won the premiership.

Well Bogan Josh, your hypothesis is interesting. On the single measure of 2009 premierships, it could be concluded that both teams were on the same level of crappiness. Though using a sole simplistic measure fails to accept that the process of going from the bottom to the top is complicated. Using simplistic measures leads to simplistic decisions like holding onto the mirage that is a WCE forward line and the delusion of tilting for the flag in 2013.
Using other measures though for 2009:
Freo won both derbies
Thats 2 up on the ooftits
Double plus good

There's an entire board filled with abuse and mockery of the Eagles this week. It takes a special kind of retard to think they can ignore everything else cherry pick one obscure point out of hundreds of posts and create a logical argument out of it.

Hey, I never denied the Eagles sucked. In fact they blow harder than your proverbial Doctor.
I applaude Sharik for actually constructing a sound arguement rather than attacking me personally.
And maybe you're right Shane, it may take a special kind of retard to pick one point out of the many posts here, but at least I'm not trolling through all the threads looking for ways to bag the Dockers. I don't want to upset you guys too much.
Anyway, you guys better concentrate on this weekend, because I want the Dockers to win, becasue frankly I'm getting sick of hearing every year how you haven't won at the Gabba.

Shane, unfortunately I must bear some responsibility for the state of the special kind of retard that is Bogan Josh. Repeated blows to the head from older siblings can have negative consequences in adulthood. Out of that sense of guilt I am starting the WCE refugee fund, please address all donations of money and old merchandise to Sharik C/O Freo oval. B (am) J and others like him may then get the help they will need to function in the mainstream community.
