An Unfit Bear

So Sulky puts the ooftits woes down to fitness. Give me a freekin break!
They couldn't hit a target all day - we could.
They couldn't kick straight - we could.
They didn't know much about defending when the chips were down - we did.
We must be fitter.
Those ooftits are:
Not fit to be on the same park as our boys
Sulky is:
Not fit to coach under 9's.
The Big Q is:
Not fit to polish Fyfes boots I would say.
Fitness!!
At one stage somebody commentated that it was a shame that Masten(y) was injured as he had the best game he has played for the ooftits - the crab only got through a quarter and a half (if that makes sense)and would have rolled over like his mates did after halftime.
Fitness - Jeez.

if anything, lack of fitness will be a problem for the dockers. the defenders didn't get anything like a usual match day workout yesterday.

There's far to much woosha bashing.
I think he's doing a cracking job and deserves another 5 years. At least.

Woosha's attribution of blame to someone else in the organisation is in stark contrast to Harv's handling of our final quarter fadeouts in the past. When asked about it Harv's (who was uder a lot of pressure at the time) refused to lay the blame at the feet of the fitness staff. He just took the heat, and quitely moved the existing fitness on at the end of the season. I vaguely recall that after the fact, he was asked why he hadn't used the fitness staff as an excuse, and he said something along the lines of that as long as you are part of the club, you stick together, but at the end of the season he took the opportunity to improve in that area.

Hurn will no doubt be dropped this week since he has publicly said that their fitness levels were not to blame. Woosie won't be happy.

When Michael Johnson cleverly kicked that contender for goal of the year, rebounding from an inept piece of Ball Handling, by the Eagles skipper; I swear he said " How much more can a Koala Bear " to the Goal Umpire ?

Shane I think what Woosha meant to say was "toughen up pre-season" it just came out like "princess"
