He's a brave man that Embley bloke. Hitting a young kid in his first minutes back from a knee reco. He suits the blue and yellow.

Good to see Embley had a real impact on the game too.

Anyone able to compare vid of MJ's "bum bump" from 1997 which earned 4 weeks for head contact(surely one of the worst decisions handed down in recent memory by the MRP) with this one?

What REALLY gets me about Embley is the he obliviously still rates himself as a superb champion player (heard him on 'the players'??). This guy flashes in and out of games quicker than a hookers knickers and has virtually no impact on the scoreboard, so why the hell does he get chosen every week over some weagle rookie talent in the WAFL ??? Oh right..yea.. he's on Whoosa's Blind Love bandwagon toot toot!!

Actually, I hope he gets off. That way he'll probably keep playing.

I love that Palmer was running hard in the last quater setting up goals and showing how valuable he'll be for us over the next ten years. Can't remember seeing much of Embley though.

The Eagles should tell him to fight the charge, without him in the side it's the first step of them rebuilding, apart from dropping Lynch, Priddis, Ebert and the Selwoods.
