Back up ruckman

Is there no end to the miracles this kid can work? Holding down a KPP in his first 5 games isn't enough... Sandi goes off for a rest and a quick 5 kilos of raw meat and the man of the moment steps up and takes the tap... and the secondary bounce.
Ladies, the unassuming, the understated, the completely under-rated Mr Alex Silvagni.
Sign the kid up now. Forever. He's phreakin awesome.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I spotted that. And he wasn't beaten in that contest, either.

Pffft, it's just jumping and throwing your arms about.

Yes, but he jumped and threw better than most.

I think SNOS was auditioning for the part of mid-season elevation tonight. They threw him everywhere and he slotted in liked he'd played there forever. Can't see JVB or Pearce challenging him for that coveted spot at this point in time.

Silvalgi is a b.. beauty. On the flight back from last week's St Kilda game I spoke to him very briefly (5 words actually - "Onya Silvagni, great game pet"). The lad looked devastated by the loss. This is the kind of attitude thats been missing from the club. Wants to win...and (who would have guessed it) wants to play back up ruckman.

His nickname in our Family is "Pinochio" never a hair out of place, never appears to breathe hard or display any emotion!

C'mon, Honytonks. We've never had a team that didn't want to win.
Let's not reproduce the media carp.

It worries me about Kepler I would prefer Clarke and leave the carlton crew where he belongs the back 6.After all he comes from a famous family who have it stamped on their passports backline only.

Worry not, paddy. The coaches have got it all sorted. The people playing for us and the people coaching us have it all under control.
If you should happen to see Ballantyne contesting a centre bounce, be assured that weird is good.
Mind you, if Ballantyne did go up for the ruck you'd be offered the chance to buy a limited-edition commemorative photo within 5 mins ... but neder mind.
Just concentrate on what's happening out on the park.
