How was Pav giving one of them the point and the hairy eyeball early on after the slimball didn't pay the blatant holding free. Pretty sure the Pav was asking him whether he liked apples.

I think they exceeded their salary cap tonight. Take all premiership points off them for cheating.

For mine, umpire 15 - one M Nicholls - has a very poor record against us and tonight's game was consistent with his 'prior' form. Will look with interest at the stats in the paper to see how many goals Rich scored from frees.

AFL stats are anything but reliable.
Apparently we got more frees than Richmond tonight but thats must have been a different game to the one I was at.
It was interesting to note, that when the procession of free kicks to Richmond stopped, so did their scoring...until the soft frees started up again.
The bias tonight was just blatant.

The long odds on richmond must have had something to do with the umpiring.
Someone out there was doing everything even the impossible to get richmond over the line.

As the Chairman of Kitchen Stadium says every Saturday night: "If memory serves me right", well it seems that the umpires are having huge problems bouncing the ball every weekend - but nowhere as much as at Subi.

I have seen plenty worse decision-making performances by the umps at Subi, but for the life of me I can't recall a more pathetic collection of bounces.

Ideally, as Sam Newman has said and I agree. The umps should be transparent. We shouldnt see them. I can appreciate there are people doing it, but when they fluff bounce after bounce and even throw ins, something is wrong.
I have watched most games this season and this recalling the ball business to throw it up again is a joke. Takes focus off the footy.
Good comeback tonight by the Dockers. Should have smashed em, but dont mind playin a bit sloppy and still winning...me likey, likey.
Bring on Slime. And as another poster said "train like we lost this week".

I really try not cloud my judgement with bad maggotory, but what could I do tonight, out of my control.
