Where's Byron? That boy is going to get a complex.
My theory is that Harves is holding him back as a secret weapon and working the squad to fit around him.

I just hope Clancee gets a run. I wouldn't think Kepler is needed. Palmer should get a run to ease him back in.
As others have said, if Crowley not needed then do not play him.

You had to do it Slammen.
I am not impressed, he's a Docker and that means something.

The match committee seems to have a fair idea so this is an IMO:
Palmer in for Crowley (Dutchy plays the tag on cuz, crowley comes back for the derby and let them both cause havoc)
Fyfe in for Des (DJ doesn't look 100%, bring him back for the derby so he can just play on selwood as per previous havoc note)
Kepler in for McPhee (unlikely but would give 211 a rest)
footnote : love that OoFtits can't get a decent forward and our 7th best option kicked 7 goals on the weekend

Most players made pressure errors last week. I'd play Palmer and maybe not Headland both of which would prolly only play cameo roles this week anyway. I'd also play Balls, Pearce and with either Bradley or Silvagni determined by matchups. I think Crowley is better than van Berlo but van Berlo to get the nod.

de Boer off IC and in starting line up.
Probably an indication his attack on the footy is recognized by club - he's just scary. Both v Geel and Saints goals came from him smashing into packs and getting a hand on footy to knock it clear.

Unless Harvs is planning to send Palmer off for national service this week, surely he's got to play. We're a better team with Palmer in than out.
Fit, Palmer's an automatic selection.
But I still don't get why he didn't play a game of footy last week. Was the medical advice that he should have a wk's rest as part of his specialised program, or was he carrying some sort of minor injury?
It'll be great to see him back. Hopefully, on Sunday.

It kinda makes sense wizz. He'd been busting a gut for the past year to get into shape and he played four games. Not a bad idea to send him off with the team to remind him how it is all done and to maybe sit in the box and take a few directions. He'll be rested up and as ready as a well packed bong to fire up when the time is ripe.

Byron is a bay in New South Wales located 759 kilometres North of Syd-a-ney.
Or did you have something else in mind?
