You are lucky dddocker millions of people lost their lives in Vietnam and many of the other imperial/colonial wars ANZACs have fought in before and since - it just makes it all the more reason why we should remember these mistakes - so we don't make them again. Sadly the lessons of history are rarely remembered. Better to keep our battles on the sportsfield.

If we had compulsory national service what would happen to the Rookie and National Drafts? Although there is something appealing to players learning to kill prior to playing AFL. Sandi could hide a Steyer inside his shorts leg.
