I was visiting an ill friend earlier, an ooftit supporter. Anyway, it will probably come as no surprise that they play 6PppRrrr through mental health wards.

You could have knocked me down with a feather when I heard Hardie supporting Freo by telling Boris that the ooftits should not only leave ANZAC day to the Dockers, but that the FFC do the best ANZAC Tribute in the country.

Yes, good luck - the Essendon/Colonwood clash seems to be the focus of the AwFL's attention. Complicating matters is the bad blood about renaming of the Lloyd stand for the Bomber home games.

But, instead of a new low down at Bomberland, it's more like a 'new high' as Essendon press their claim for the Matty Lloyd stand - they're all doing their bit:

There's half the problem there, Guy. Every year people like Caroline Wilson talking as if it's the first time Fremantle have played on Anzac Day. Even Andrew Demetriou didn't seem to know the Dockers had a traditional Anzac Day match when he came to the job.

They played their first Anzac Day match in 1997. Two seasons after Collingwood and Essendon started doing it and, even with a few years of Andrew Demetriou not getting it, have played 7 Anzac Day matches. It's hardly what I'd call Collingwood and Essendon's exclusive hold.

I'd like to see Steve Rosich turn his marketing skills to our Len Hall tradition, actually... he's managed to mention the 15 years, now it's time for a series of framed prints, including one massive 15 photo special framed limited edition billboard type thing.

You're dead right about Dimwit. You'd think the chief would know about it but they've pointedly turned a blind eye to this for years.
