I'm amused with this sentiment. It was made popular by Barbara at A Bank. Teachers, too, have always lamented that schools are great places to work when there are none of those pesky kids flitting around. Some people seem to misunderstand their roles.
James doesn't seem to grasp the concept; if your customers don't like your product it's not their fault. It's your fault.
