Flock off. The Toasters could clean out their whole club and replace them with Rotarians or whatever and I'd still hate their guts.

Three years ago, as I wandered the wine-dark Aegean, Agamemnon-like, I found stickers affixed to ancient monuments and public works of art, reading: "Eagles suck".
Tomorrow, Icelandic volcanic eruptions permitting, I return to Europe. Wherever I travel, I expect to find similar stickers on public buildings and places where happy people gather.
The world is a wonderful and mysterious place. Or, as Smiley memorably put it: they're procreating soft roosters.

I am getting a heap of "I'm glad Freo are going well, they are my second side" as well, which does get tiresome.
Interestingly this is mostly from non-Eagles supporters though.

Jesus - I post a rather bland little number on the ABC and after a hard day of being a shiny-bummed, pen-pushing oxygen-thieving policy wonk, I get home to find that the post has morphed into Homeric wine-dark seas and poetic references to John Worsfold's .... Next we'll be shouting YES YES YES YES like Molly Bloom and the world will have gone to hell in a handbasket.

Not many people know that Voltaire's most famous lines has been misquoted down the years. What he really wrote was:
