I watched that Channel One version of Talking Footy the other night. For obvious reasons I haven't watched that show for a long time. Luke Darcy and Wayne Carey were on and I was thinking - they've really picked this show up. I should watch it every week.
Then at the end someone thanked Wayne and said Robert Walls would be back next week. I turned off the tv.

I liked Wayne Carey when he was on Footy Classified - thought he was very balanced and fair with his comments. Then he was replaced by Glen Archer, who seemed to be there to push the North Melbourne barrow. And now they've got Grant Thomas - enough said! Bring back Wayne, I say!
