I haven't missed a Derby in years, however I have lost interest in the derbies a bit lately because I like games like against Geelong where the lead changes constantly and the result is in the air until the final siren goes.

I jumped online anyway at around 10 or so this morning and got tickets straight away block 140, behind the goals city end, where most of the Freo crowd is.
I really used to enjoy it down there three or four years ago but lately meh, I hope they (ooftit's)get there act together soon and make them a contest again coz ATM the only interest is how long it takes to reel in the 18-12? lead they have.

I'm going - got free tickets from some friends who are members (also freo members - obscene but true) but are going away - block 215 right behind the goal. Also got them for the following Weavals home game vs Hawks... anyone got a Hawks jumper I can borrow?

So, my family and I aren't going to the game and I was wondering where we could watch the game with a bunch of like-minded folk in Freo.
I recall going to the club a few years back where they put on a buffet lunch and we watched the game on a big projector screen. Anything like that happening again? Or is it just show up at a pub and yell your lungs out?
