Ottens out for Geelong also.
Good to see DeBoer selected.
Another star in the making who amazingly fell through the AFL draft and was picked up as a rookie.

Holy Crap! Ottens out!!!???
That is extremely significant after the loss of Moooooooney. (Yes, I know Otten's is a ruckman, but they do like putting him forward as a target.)
If Taz plays we have an airtight back 6 of Tarrant, Hayden, Broughton, McPharlap, Duffield and Silvagni (and Suban swinging off the bench) Vs Geelongs Mitch Duncan, Tom Hawkins, Paul Chapman, Stevie J, Podsiadly and Byrnes. Who will take a mark inside 50 for the cats??
This is starting to get interesting!

The Cats are a very good team with tremendous players all over the field and great depth in their squad.
But Ottens tipped the balance for me. I'm on Freo.

The tip is that Harvs, the joker he is, will plonk Taz in a goal square parked wheel chair.

As much as I want Freo to smash the cats (got some money on them to win by 40 or more), they still have a stellar midfield.
Ours has improved, but they have 2 brownlow medallists, one of the best taggers in the comp and a guy who gets a free kick everytime he goes near the ball.
Clearnces are going to be the key for us.
Even if they have no marking forwards, the sheer volume of forward entry's they could provide will be a worry.
Should be a great game!
