It's in the "did you know" section halfway down the left hand side. To get an article in the main featured article spot, you need to have it reviewed, approved and be very long and detailed. To get it in the "did you know" section it just needs an interesting "hook" and be new. If you can think of something interesting (and referenced) for SCOS then he'll be there in a few days too.
