Victory Plan aka Run Freo Run

Given the opposition is a little underdone and a couple of late injuries I am hoping for a long kicking hard running stlye of footy with gut wrenching tackles. The running should be along the off quoted line in a certain movie Run Forrest[freo]Run!
I am beginning to get confident about Sunday and hope [no will] hear TNT by ac/dc boom across the oval.

Swift ball movement hasn't been the hallmark of our game of recent times, but we are slowly getting better at this and it is obvious, to me at least, that Harvs has instilled this concept into the young-guns.
The more often we carry the ball and handball forward of the play, the higher we climb the AFL ladder.

Traditionally Freo has been like a box of chocolates. We never knew what we were gonna get!
But the past 12 mths has been awesome watching the new guys' efforts at the footy. Seeing a few rookies being put in this side for Round 1 is a real statement that the more experienced players have to earn their spots.

Thanks Gover cos I was really bagged here a couple of months ago that the experienced players need to earn their place.Glad to see a side picked on merit regardless if they win or lose.I think they also should not be afraid to pick a side for the following week regardless of the result on Sunday.
A side suited to the Dome.

Notice how most of the 22 are experienced. And don't forget that when Palmer and Groves come back, with more experience, we'll be even more experienced again.
It's good we've got the newbies, but it's a whole lot better that we've got the guys who've played a bit.
Freo by 33 pts. (That'd be nice.)

Couldn't agree more, Crows are about structure and once they've got you pinned they turn the screws. Ibbo, Hill, Duff, Broughton... (and now hopefully Bito ) can run and break through, drawing defensive players away from our cracking forward line.. Amazing to think that Palmer (Mr Browlow 2011) is considered experienced when he's played 3 more AFL games than Hill and Subs. As a Vic based supporter looking forward to seeing him part of a few more wins on the road in 2010.

our purple team is looking very balanced for mine.
I hope that the instant that our opponents touch the ball they get buried into the ground as well as get given the run around
