So if freo had of sent a full strength squad to melbourne last week and obviously, won the match. Where would that leave the NAB Cup GF. Harvey knew this and acted accordingly; genius in my book. Shame that we won't get a decent run at Subiaco Oval but I love the idea of seeing the Cats down at the spiritual home of footy.
Great news on the Rookies, selction ordeal over.

'kin excellent, a down home Saturday. A couple too many small macs over brekky, do the crossword, savage a pint and relax under the Big Fig... then a stroll into town for dinner after, with a bit of luck, whanging a ranga.
Helluva way to start my days off. Well, if we ignore Massive Attack on Friday it is.

I hope they put the Wizard in charge of the plumbing in the 'away' rooms - I doubt he could organise hyperthermia for them but I'm sure he could think of something uncomfortable - any suggestions?

8 weeks is the minimum for the long term injury list. One of those is already gone, two by the time the paper work goes through which would put him out for 10 weeks.

I have not heard the reason why,but would have to be the AC/DC concert.Well done to the WAFC for allowing this to happen.
There was no way the G/F of the NAB cup was going to be played at Subi,if we had won.
Bradshaw and co obviously didn't think either of the WA sides was good enough to make it.
