Despite having an arm and a leg amputated over Christmas, Pavlich has been burning up the training track, sometimes having to be restrained by 11 or 12 of the coaching staff to stop him from over doing things. He wasn't due to return until the start of the proper season but the opportunity to towel up so many Clokes in one afternoon was too much for him to go past.

Heath Black is also likely to be back in action after missing the Summer Shellacking with a crook leg.

Daniel Haines is out with a calf injury (we all hope that Daisy is up and about soon), Des Headland and Josh Carr will tough things out even though they both copped injuries against the Eagles last week.

Robbie Haddrill will miss the game again with a hamstring injury, Graham Polak will be out after pulling up sore from training last week and, as always happens this time of year, Scott Thornton will miss the game because the sun is expected to be out.

Collingwood have left out anyone who is able to list 'footballer' as their occupation when entering the country without triggering an alarm and a full body cavity search
