Well, it's his own silly fault for standing in the way isn't it?

There is a bit of a trend of grubber kicking the goals that should be easy. I think it is "this is going to be easy so I will make it look clever". de Boer is not the only one to do this. My (expert) advice, even for those right in front: aim for the middle of the goals, kick through the ball and put it into the 3 tier stand.

The Pigs was bad but Taylor stepping out of the square when kicking out was right at the most crucial point of the game when the cats had to retain the ball. That was the game blooper for mine.

Blocker's advice is the best - De Boer, in the preseason intraclub game in 2009 actually konked the goal umpire with a direct hit on the noggin from about 20m out, knocked him back and on his butt. One of the funniest memories I have - he took a panic gamble and it didn't work on Sunday and I assume the 38000 groans that followed were far worse than any thoughts of future selection.
Not a big deal Dutchy, play on.

Agreed. No big deal at all. Especially not when his desperate and well-timed dive on the ball in the last qrt caused a spillage that ended in the goal to Rog.
