Excellent post zorro. I listened to some of the 6PR show as well last night (it was a long drive home). Some things:

i) Langdon said the last time the slime lost the first 3 games of the season, the coach (Todd) was sacked. Slappo and Hardie both said "Sacked?". Langdon repeated - "Sacked". I think they realised what that meant after they'd put it out there

ii) A few slime fans started ringing is saying they were sick and tired of the poor skills/no game plan/no talent/poor list the club had served up over the last few years. That was **very** funny.

iii) More callers (and Hardie) complained that if Ashley Hansen is getting picked it's a sign the slime are going backwards.

iv) Landgon launched on a tirade of defending his mate Worsfold and how the young slime players "had only been in the system for 3-4 years" and needed time to develop. He managed to squeeze out some other positive spin on other slime players - "Kerr's playing OK, Cox is injured, etc". That was **very, very** funny.

I reckon the 6PR sport shows will be quite an entertaining show this year.

Hi I'm Simon Beaumont and I love the Dockers. (yer right)

Isnt it amazing that when we do well and oofitis dont do well the supporters of the OOFTITS come out in plague proportions saying that they love Freo and that freo supporters should do the same for the weegs.

DUH I mean "Earth To Prince" I would rather get impaled by a moose(oo bugger)than say that I like the Budg... Crap I cant even bring myself to even type it as it would hurt me so much.

Ive already had a few "not following the football this year" comments from friends acquaintances with suspect taste.

I expect the worst to soon follow. sports pages?? no we aren't doing them this year. Too much other news to follow. by the way did you hear about that bear thats been sighted around the Perth suburbs!

Bears are still #1 on Colberts threatdown. threatdown

Yeti, I understood that as well as the millions of Chinese visitors to the site, it was also visited by some under the age of 16 and so didn't want to give them nightmares.

If you're interested in his bad points Law & Order: Special Victims Unit did a couple of shows based on Langdon.

Hey rapidfire - that's not a kind comment. Many of us have family members with a disability and have had much to do with ACTIV foundation. The capacity of people with a disability to endear themselves to others in the community, and to achieve things has transformed in my brother's 53 year lifetime!

My brother works at ACTIV... and on his behalf; don't insult him by comparing him to a Q Lynch!

Excellent post, Zorro.

You can have my beer if Merc agrees to some sort of escrow arrangement (and provided I actually make it to the pub).
