I dunno China - you might be surprised.
For the past few years I have run the tape over the comp's big guys - who I arbitrarily define as having a combined 300 cms and kilos – to see how they perform. Ironically I started doing it to support my belief in Sandi back in the days when conventional wisdom was that he was a big log. Last season, a bit to my surprise I must confess, my formula ranked Kepler 10th in the AFL, above guys like Wood, Blake, Hudson, Maric, King and Mumford, who all got regular games for top four sides.
I'm not saying Bradley's a star, and I know exactly why he gets knocked, but I think he's a better proposition than he's given credit for, and so, at only 24 and used in harness with potentially the greatest ruckman in the game's history, I'll stick by my bet that he'll play a part before this thing is done.

I think we'll find Harvey and co will have a team for Home and another for Away games. While the core will be the same, there will be weekly changes.
It's gonna be an interesting year.

of course sandi's a tough sort. and instead of interchanging him and giving him time on the pine 'resting' him generally involves sending him to the forward line, where he can stand still while 1-4 defenders flail their arms around in a vain attempt to get the ball. after slotting the goal he then lumbers back to the centre square.
i dont think he uses that much energy anyway. not so say he's lazy, but he covers the length of the ground with about six steps.

I'd extend upon your concept a little FBear. Harvey and Co will pick teams based upon how we are coping with form and injury and who we happen to be playing.
Sometimes Kepler Slaws will be in the 22, Sometimes he won't.
The concept playing your best 22, week in week out, was consigned to history with the drop-kick.

True and is something yet to be grasped by Woosie and co.
Thanks for expanding the concept Hg. Some days it's just too difficult to type.
Off Topic:
Actually Mercury, you've got me to thinking. Given that the season is about the whole team contributing to the year, and coaches changing the team to suit opposition, the ground and travel, is it fair that only the players who don the jumper on GF day get a medal?

Sandilands is having a tactical impact for us when he is Resting now.
On Sunday you may have noticed that when he went to Full Forward to rest Adelaide sent Tippett from Full forward to Full Back to cover him.

Wholeheartedly agree with the Pav - Sandi would be great to do the ceilings and the architraves; Bally, Schammer and a couple of Mikes on the skirting boards. The big bonus with Hipless Crabley is that he can paint both walls at the same time - one with each hand.

Now Polly, that was just mean!
I reckon he could use two hands only if he was painting Walls - preferably with tar and feathers!
