Everywhere it says 5.10pm - Please tell me this is EDST??
a 2.10pm start is much better than a late one on a sunday night.
When does Daylight savings time finish in the east?? Maybe its 3.10pm start?
Does anyone know?

It still gets rather warm these days so the games will be in the evenings. We don't want our players running around in the middle of the day and not being able to recover well enough for Rd 2.

we got slapped with alot of these sunday evening games... evidentially the AFL doesnt expect the dockers to rate much and has accordingly put us in the least watchable time slot. well, i doubt that was the case, it was more "well, we've already given all the good slots away... now what day can we consistently set so the dockers have short let ups to away games the following week whilst melbourne teams have length breaks after the gruelling trip west?"

It is a late start - 8.10pm for those of us in the East. Fortunately DLS is over next weekend, so times should improve for us all.

We'll be leaving home about 1pmish to get the game. By the time the game finishes we will be getting home about midnight. Lucky my son sleeps well in the car.
I can't wait!

Yep, thought they would've changed it to 2.10 to accommodate the Pixies fans heading off to Belvoir in the evening.
Will have to take the tranny to the show...
