Plan to stop Goal Floods

We know Harves has a plan to stop sides which get a run-on against us, and score multiples of goals in quick succession, but obviously, he is keeping it under his hat untill the real stuff starts. This was clearly evident in the 3rd quarter on Saturday.
Can't wait to see it unleashed, or better still we won't be in that position. Wishful thinking somehow.!

I hear Harvs has taken a short position with a bunch of wall street bankers who reckon they can make a quick quid from the hedge market selling long poles.

As Wizfan has counselled in the game thread, it's not worth taking too much out of Saturday's game. The Worst lifted Shane's match review pretty closely in pointing out that we rested a bunch of players straight after halftime whereas Geelong did the opposite and cleaned us up.
As we've seen plenty of times in the last couple of seasons, Harves has just exposed a few questions and revealed a few answers. Blowing out like that is a worry and we've seen too much of it of late... but there were extenuating circumstances.
Of more import, though, is my inside information that reveals the boys have, thank my lucky faded jocks, given up on the skinny lattes and have embraced the full cream solution. Finally, a decision that makes sense.
if there's anyone out there making the same fundamental error, stop it. Stop it right now. Get on the full cream and stop rhymes with mucking with natural law.

Tips for 3/4 time huddles
At a time like this, scorching irony, not convincing argument, is needed. Oh had I the ability, and could reach the nation’s ear, I would, pour out a fiery stream of biting ridicule, blasting reproach, withering sarcasm, and stern rebuke.
For it is not light that is needed, but fire; it is not the gentle shower, but thunder.
We need the storm, the whirlwind, and the earthquake.
///
and goals. We need goals. More goals.
