Ok thanks to those who got their teams in.
As Number 29 did not put a team in, should I select one or should he forfeit the match? I havent checked any scores and would pick this team:
B - S Hill, M Doughty
M - B Stanton, J Gram, D Rich
F - M Pavlich, B Harvey
R - D Hille
I - J Anthony, L Schuey, M Pyke
Majority vote here required - forfeit or play the above team.
Apologies for not getting back to officially close selections.
I will be on a plane Monday, so official results may not be available until Tues Evening, however I may get them done while waiting for planes at Brisbane Airport on Monday.
Results will be published in the DFFL area of Dockerland, however I am unsure when you will be able to post replies in that area, hopefully in time for Round 2 team selections.

More than happy for him to play. He needs encouragement and we trust you, Nelson. Besides, a forfeit can't be easily scored and ranked in the competition. I's too arbitrary.

OK with me too - even though when you leave #29 out of the game the rest of the team step up and add to the scoreboard. Let the guy play.

Oh yes, how about adding an E-Girl to his team as a bit of a penalty - some guy like Tom Swift?
Hahahaha....

Despite being drawn against the no. 1 draft pick, I have managed to overcome the Dooleys in R1.
I calculated me scoring 139 pts (apologies for picking Podsiadly, who I genuinely thought would be picked after being elevated from rookie list).
As for you Polly, despite 211's monster 37pt game, I had you at 128.
My stats came from the AFL Match Centre though, so could be incorrect (although not THAT incorrect).
Just got off the phone to Glenn Munsie at TAB Sportsbet and he has slashed the Dominators' odds and listed us at $1.95 faves to win the DFFL premiership.
Even though my engine room scored an amazing 97 points, there was still no room for my man Barlow, who was the steal of both the DFFL and AFL draft.
But will he get a guernsey next week? Time will tell.
Only real need for improvement is in the ruck department. Fingers crossed Mark Seaby goes down with a career ending knee at training this week and Mumford gets increased game time.

Mercury's Bens picked up a lazy 151 points at Gull Wing Arena this afternoon. If you didn't put the monthly mortgage repayment on the Bens, it's too late now. The bookies have taken note.
