What I took from the interview was Taz is loving life down back and believes he is only going to get better. He does however realise one injury could end things very abruptly and so is savouring every minute he gets.

Sounds like he wants to play as long as possible. Hopefully he gets that chance and we can enjoy his dominance of the competitions best forwards for a few more years yet.

Heard Taz interviewed on the wireless yesterday. When asked how Dean was doing I thought he said something like:

"He's loving his new job. He parks the buses around the front. He stands around not doing very much, like the other coaches. He's fitting in very well."

Yes Myboys - on the basis of that headline any player in the second half of his career should expect similar treatment. I am keen to see similar statements in respect of Cox, Riewoldt, Jonathan Brown, etc.

Fifth in the Coleman medal while spending time running through the middle would probably put Lecras in the elite category. Hence the dockers putting there best defender on him
