how many noticed subtle change in "home " jumper or was i at the bar too long before the game? had a great afternoon amongst nm members who were ok until they took great offence at my reply to their "how many flags have you mob won" my reply was "as long as it dosnt take as many years to win as your first one did"
back to the jumper i thought it made the boys look bigger

The jumper looks kind of blue and we are purple! At the risk of sounding like a talkback caller - shouldn't they tell us before they change the colours?

hypen - maybe it was just the screen you were watching and the colour controls? The one I saw the game on made the guys look like muppets with all the distortion.

Was there any reason that we wore the away strip at home against Melb and the home strip against North? I can understand wearing the darker strip against North seeing that their home strip has white in it but why did we change our colours for Melb?

Does anyone know what we wear and when anymore? I reckon they just have the different types on a bit of paper and throw them in a hat.

The white is not an away strip. It's a clash. It is worn in around 80% of away games because most teams have a dark base to their jumpers. We wear the normal home guernsey when we play away matches against Geelong, North and Sydney.
For some reason we try and wear the white jumper at every opportunity in the NAB cup, even when we are at home.

It's also the pre-season jumper. I assume, like the AFL do with games shown exclusively on pay television, they want to see what they can get away with.
