I was talking to a dero this afternoon and he had fashioned a few sheets of the West Australian into a shirt. As he was walking away I happened to see an article about the footy ground in Joondalup buggering something up and losing their crack at the first local Regional Challenge - or whatever it's called.

The replacement grounds were going to be Fremantle Oval or Medibank Stadium. I assume depending on whether it was Fremantle or the other mob.

Surely, with the chance to play at Fremantle Oval, the tank has to be on.

Obviously Fremantle will need to put on a bit of a show this weekend for appearances sake but bring on the kids for Round 2. As Adam Selwood would say - the younger the better.

I dunno, Shane. Its looking like I'm gunna be stuck in either Melbourne or Sydney next weekend.

So if we win tomorrow, I might be able to watch the boys next weekend.

Yeti, Freo will play in Melbourne next week win or lose. If it's a loss, it will be McPhee's first chance to face his old side at Visy Park on Saturday, if it's a win, it will be Etihad against Geelong or North on Sunday.

Freo to win on their way to winning this years double.

Then weagles to play at Freo, with a few pleasant surprises in store such as:

i. The crowd all boo
ii. No hot water for their showers
iii. Turn off the power so woosh has to coach from the sidelines
iv. Turn the siren down so they don't know when to stop
v. An ACDC concert the night before to chop up the ground
vi. Banner with "Lynchyyy for Captain" - If his wife has the bub at Freo Hospital he may not even have to miss the game
