Who are Brisbane playing? Well, Freo in R23.

I got the same ladder result but it depends on Freo beating Brisbane in that game. If we lose, we may scrape into the 8 but only if Hawthorn lose its predicted games or if we can beat the Bulldogs. If the Hawks win any of them, Freo are out.

Beating the Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium is harder than beating Collingwood at the MCG and that win was a miracle.

Moose, Cahuna and Young were all injured last year when Freo managed to lose its last 4 games and miss out. Freo is going better this season - Treacy is going well, Young is back and hopefully Pearce can play soon. The biggest fear is history repeating itself.

Dawson for the Normy. That's assuming someone called Dawson plays for them - don't really watch their games.
N Daicos for the Chas because there will be a riot if he doesn't get it soon.

I'm on Jezza's wavelength. If the Dogs knock off an undermanned GWS tonight, we should finish top 4 or very close to it. That does assume we win our remaining 4 which comes down to us getting over the Dogs in Melbourne (and beating Brisbane here but we do seem to match up well against them recently while their form is not great). With a top 4 spot on the line, it will be a great battle to see if we make top 4 or the Dogs make the 8.

Brisvegas are not that good. If North kick 1 more point Brisvegas would be 8th with the worst % of the top 9. They are a chance to slide out completely.
They will lose to the Pies, win against Sydney, lose to us and lose to the Hawks.

I've got us finishing 5th losing to the Bullies. Win that and I've got us at 5th still but equal 3rd but the worst percentage.

In no world can I see us being higher on the ladder at the end of the year than Geelong. So 4th at best if we win them all and Suns drop one, and unfortunately % is going to really hurt us this year unless a couple of other favourites lose very winnable games. I reckon Freo 5 or 6 provided we win Carlton & Port games and at least one of BNE or WBD games

I might be getting on Hawthorn to miss the 8 at that price.

WB are flat track bullies but Freo are playing them on that track in R24. So either stand up to them and win a home final or cop a shellacking like last year.
