Round 15 commences once again on a Thursday night when Richmond host Sydney at Ethihad Stadium. So your team must be submitted to this thread by 5:40 PM WA time. If you don't have a team in, I will select one for you. (This is probably the last time I'll do this. From this time onwards, it will be your previous week's team that will take to the field if you fail to submit a new side.)



Five To Go


Only five more games for the 2018 HomeNaway before we embark upon the auspicious Glenmorangie Signet 2018 DuFFLe Finals Series. With Blocker holding, temporarily, top spot on the DuFFLe ladder, perhaps it is time we had a good look at the strengths and weaknesses of WillsieAir.

The Ruck: Blocker has Sam Jacobs leading the way and he also has a very handy backup ruckman in Tom Hickey.
Blocker's Backs: These are good. Really good. Jeremy Howe, Ricky Henderson and Jake Carlisle.
WillsieAir midfield: A solid, but not formidable midfield. Cunnington, Zaharakis and Lyons give the Willsie Aeroplane 75 points week in, week out.
Up the pointy end: Ben Brown is a standout, but that's it.

Can Blocker take out the DuFFLe this year with that team? Nup. He'll be done before the preliminaries. If Blocker can't do it, then may be the Covfefes will bring home the bacon for 391.

391's Ruck: Brodie Grundy - say no more. As long as Grundy is fit, the Covfefes have a big advantage.
The back line: With Stephen May playing, the 391's backline is good. But it really only is May and Bayley Fritsch. There is nobody else doing the job.
Covfefes' midfield: Adam Treloar and Stephen Coniglio are up amongst the best. After that - not much to write home about.
Forwards: Well, they did have Jeremy Cameron. They won't for a while now. There is nobody else who is really going to score well for the Covfefes.

So can 391 win the premiership? Maybe. All needs to go right during the finals as they cannot afford to lose any of their best players due to injury or suspension.
