If a bit of Polly's optimism and enthusiasm for the side comes through in my posts then I'm doing something right!
Two pre-season games isn't much to go off when a lot of sides aren't trying to give away their structures and processes just yet but we played well for probably 6 out of 8 quarters. More if you include all the mini quarters vs the OOFTIT's but that was more of a chance to sit back and laugh at the OOFTIT's as our 2nd XXII ran rings around them.
The idea that we have so much to prove and such high expectations is not one I share. I've endured ugly RL football for almost a decade, seeing a bunch of kids figure out their flow and show off their skills is a delight.
