Well, well, well...
100% cotton purple mini towel - embroidered. Think kind-of large hand towel size.
Grey 30 year member scarf - purple and white stripes. First impression, relatively tasteful. 100% acrylic so a petrochemical, but very soft.
Sheet of plastic stickers. Looks like sun-fadeable quality.
'24 members badge, quite big, 2D capsule shape.
30-year badge, round same as sewn-on scarf logo.
All in a cardboard box that is almost in-proportion sea container.

Arrived at the door yesterday. It's actually fairly impressive. The Freo Faithful logo is quite clever and a little bit evil-looking, I thought.

Mine arrived today. They must have run out of the fancy cardboard containers as it was just in a plastic postal envelope. Would have preferred more purple than grey in the scarf but that’s nitpicking. Badges are nice and will join the other 28 - as far as I know there was no members badge in 1995 but I do have one of the rare 1996 ones.

The AFLW pack had a pink-trimmed soft purple rug - no badge this year. The Sirens pack (also no badge - as you can tell, I’m a collector) contained a sticker and a china mug with the Sirens logo on it. Fortunately mine arrived in one piece but a friend’s mug was broken on arrival. The club have since replaced it bless ‘em.

One of my 3 packs came today. Addressed to Mrs Quasi still waiting for mine and for Miss Quasi.

Only got the towel the pin and stickers. No bloody scarf no bloody nice packaging.

I’m pissed off now.

Will wait for the 2?other packs if they don’t have all the loot. A pissed off Croatian is heading to Cockburn. Watch out Garlick.

Mrs Quasi spoke to the members dept they confirmed we would have got packs like Mushrooms. They are looking into it. They acknowledge the process has not been optimal.

This is almost as big a problem as when Polly was erased from the members photo.

A final update 2 more packs arrived today with all the goodies. The first pack was daughters things as she is a recent member. All were addressed to Mrs quasi. Hence confusion.

I think I will now have some pickled octopus a bottle of rakija and a lie down.

I only got the povo pack, and no scarf. Is there some point of reference for when you get the fancy pack? I've been a member since about 1998, but missed a couple of years in around 2004-06 because I was living overseas (I think that was still the era where they posted out your renewal).

The club did me a bit dirty by changing from a system where they counted your total membership years, to a system where they counted how long you've been a member in interrupted years, so if you miss the odd year you get reset to zero.
