His career stats are remarkably similar to Liam Henry's, including that they were born 15 days apart. If Sharp can get his act together, it will be interesting to see them play against each other.

Nothing being mythologized about a bloke that couldn't find a regular spot on Gold Coast's team yet runs like Bradley Brother of Stephen and plays like Matty Pavlich.

There may be some that reckon his addition is going to rocket us up the charts to the top four - me...not convinced at all. I'll heckle him heaps if he fails to live up to the billing.

When drafted by GC Jezza moved in with 3 other single GC recruits in a club house.
They were basically left to fend for themselves.
The house was a disgrace and party house is one way of describing it.
Teammates dropped in regularly and slept on the coach or in the shed when out and about including senior players.
Its no wonder some players dont fulfil their potential on the GC..
The fact he is in such great nick is a credit to him and a great sign for his future.

Comparison with other players is always phony.
I believe that Sharp, who is still only 22, has unfulfilled ability. He's obviously a strong athlete who in his initial years at GC showed enough prowess in football skills to say he can perform well at AFL level. Under good coaches Sharp will be an asset for the Dockers - at AFL level.
