It seems that Rory has ambitions to be a coach. Mmmm. So how much longer do we have to put up with these guys faces gawking out at us on the club's website. I find it a bit annoying and despite my love of Dave Mundy, I think the "Old Bull, Young Buck" stuff can be moved on as well.

JLo has shown himself to be a good coach overall, but the forward line - and the ball movement into it - remains our weakest link and hasn’t really shown any improvement in JLo’s tenure. Finishing 12th for scoring last year despite finishing 5th on the ladder clearly shows that we were winning despite our forward line and not because of it.

Having Tabs and Lobb as our key forwards wasn’t great for balance, but I don’t think JLo/Graham quite found the best system to amplify their strengths when they were both on the ground.

Hopefully they have better luck with Tabs and Jackson.

Considering that he had a similar situation at GWS, how many coaches has he now played under that didn't coach him properly? And interesting that at the end of 2021 when he was bleating about leaving and how much he loved GWS, they didn't want him back.

Also, considering that in his time with us, he said on separate occasions that he wanted to play just as a forward, and then that he wanted more ruck time, and we handed him both those requests, wtf did he want?
And what is he expecting that will be so different at WB?

I really think he has an inflated opinion of how good he is. Never him, always someone else's fault.

He had his moments of showing his potential, but less time preening and looking at himself on the big TV at the Craypot would’ve been a better look for someone looking to blame someone else for their form.

Perhaps a mirror behind the goals at our end may have helped him see the ball coming in.
