Funny how a hockey coach was employed, didn't seem to bring much to footy, told a bloke working (kind of) in footy to go work in other sports than footy so he could come back to work in footy knowing supposedly more about sports that are not footy, and the Manager on Innovative Positions innovated a position for him. No gymnastics in the resume, though.
If this sort of palaver is why they want more soft cap, I as a member would like to vote for a lower membership fee - by around about the amount of a Director of Football Performance and Innovation salary + bonuses + overheads.
