Hypen, I think I saw this as a speculative trade somewhere. Freo end up with LJ and Norths future second. We loose pick 13 future first and Griff. North loose pick 1 and future second. Gain Griff pick 13 and freo future first. Melbourne loose LJ and gain pick 1. It’s not too bad really and I think Freo would take that deal as would the Dees. North I’m not sure. Then again your bringing in a first round pick and a key defender this year whilst getting a extra first round pick next year. I don’t think it’s far off the mark.

RM this is the proposal:

Freo trades Logue + 13 + future 1st rnd
> NM trades 1 + future 2nd rnd
> Freo trades 1
>-.Melb
Melb trades LJ
> Freo

So, we finish with LJ + future 2nd rnd
i.e., we are trading 1 for LJ.

Question is if we get 1 do we trade for LJ or split 1 and get on the basis of points 2 (Two) mid/lower order 1st rnds? Otherwise, is LJ worth pick 1 (actually pick 2, if Brissy bids for Ashcroft who is clearly pick 1)

You can separate this out into 3 different trades
1. Freo out Logue, Freo in F2 PP

2 Freo out, Pick 13 and F1, Freo in Pick 1

3 Freo out pick 1, Freo in Jackson

Net results Freo out Logue, 13, F1 in Jackson F2 PP
NM out Pick 1, F2 PP, in Logue, 13 F1 Freo
Melbourne out Jackson, in pick 1

In theory Freo could just trade 13 and F1 to Melbourne who then trade them to NM for Pick 1
