I assume Peter Bell is in a stable relationship.
Pretty sure his wife is a Paediatrician at Joondalup Private Hospital and Joondalup Health Campus as well as having an appointment at Perth Children's Hospital. That and having, I think, 3 kids, would make any interstate move very complicated.
I think negotiating with North Melbourne would be the easy bit. *

* I don't know any of the Bell's and there are a lot of assumptions in this post.

This suggestion has been floating around for a couple of weeks. Bell has responded by saying:
" So my response to it is that I am so invested in Fremantle and what Fremantle are doing and will continue to do and be invested in Fremantle until the end of the year.
