You'll note that the top 10 are all companies involved in power plants, refineries, petroleum, natural gas and the rest. The so called energy industry is the filthiest and as Shane says... they're actively involved in killing the planet.
to make it worse, these mega companies know full well what they're doing and use their considerable weight to influence governments.

There's actually no need to humour thee types of companies at all. We've got an over abundance of alternative energy sources available and the technology to make that usable. Now.
There's no place for a carbon polluter in a sport that demands athleticism and the conversion of oxygen to energy.
