Hahaha - probably true. True story: went to the supermarket yesterday to get some chicken salt - the whole spice section was wiped out. Not just the paprika, cumin and cinnamon and stuff, the whole lot - all the weird stuff that you can't even remember being there in the first place. But there, in a small ripped cardboard tray on the bottom shelf (where the bread crumbs usually are) were a few cannisters of chicken salt - the good stuff, from SA. Two older gals were standing there with their mouths open - clearly wondering what they were going to bake with. I proudly showed them my chicken salt and declared "there, that's all you need for anything".
